VEG is a rapidly growing emergency veterinary company focused on delivering exceptional experiences for pet parents and their pets. We are looking for an outgoing, highly organized Customer Experience Coordinator (Relief) who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at clear communication, and is obsessed with creating welcoming, efficient, and compassionate customer interactions throughout the hospital visit.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and texts promptly and professionally
  • Welcome, check in, and announce customers to the clinical team on arrival
  • Monitor wait times, identify workflow bottlenecks, and suggest improvements
  • Manage payments, maintain accurate customer and financial records
  • Handle customer complaints empathetically and resolve or escalate as needed
  • Circulate through the hospital to engage waiting customers and optimize satisfaction
  • Coordinate video chats or updates between customers and the care team when needed
  • Collect customer feedback, share positive comments with the team, and track patterns for improvements
  • Follow up with customers 24 hours after visits to check on pet outcomes
  • Create personalized, memorable experiences and identify safe customer participation opportunities

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree or coursework in customer service, communications, or related field preferred
