The Customer Engagement Rep I position is a Full time, Iterum position.

REPRESENTANTE DE SERVICIO

Un representante de servicio al cliente es responsable de proporcionar a los usuarios información y soporte en relación con los productos o servicios de la campaña. Además, es responsable de manejar adecuadamente quejas, reclamaciones y sugerencias.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Brindar atención al cliente mediante llamadas telefónicas, chats u otros medios de comunicación, demostrando profesionalismo, empatía, amabilidad, cortesía y un alto nivel de auto-control.
  • Identificar eficazmente la necesidad del cliente y ofrecer soluciones de acuerdo con los criterios establecidos.
  • Realizar esfuerzos de retención para persuadir a clientes ante posibles intentos de cancelaciones.
  • Registrar nuevos casos y realizar seguimientos cuando sea necesario.
  • Informar a los clientes sobre los servicios disponibles de acuerdo con su elegibilidad y explicarlos claramente.
  • Documentar y mantener los registros actualizados en la base de datos.
