Culture. That is the over arching umbrella that defines this company. You cannot love this company unless you love helping people. It is amazing that our company has such an emphasis on culture in the way that we serve our customers as well as each other. We encourage each other to level up, speak their hearts, and always be in alignment with the company. I've had the privilege to work with many of our wonderful clients who are building an app to make a difference in their community. The vehicle we provide for these amazing coaches and leaders along with the support of community is unmatched. Some people ask me what sets up apart from other software companies and I say how do you compare eagles to chickens? At Passion we're not just a company, we are a movement... a community of people banding to together to make a difference all over the world. It does not matter if you speak to someone from sales, marketing, product development, or customer support.
