Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing
- Partner with Marketing leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Create role frameworks and compile market data to inform compensation and sourcing plans
- Source passive and active candidates using creative, data-driven channels and Boolean search
- Track and document candidate activity and pipeline in Greenhouse ATS
- Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience and represent the employer brand
- Drive hiring process improvements and ensure timely communication across stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant recruiting or HR certifications are a plus
