National Channel Sales Manager, Convergint (East)

Verkada is a fast-growing, cloud-based physical security company offering cameras, access control, sensors, alarms, workplace and intercom solutions. We are seeking a National Channel Sales Manager focused on Convergint (East) to build pipeline, drive net-new business through a strategic integrator partner, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale Verkada’s channel presence nationally.

Skills

  • Proven channel/partner sales and account management experience with physical security integrators
  • Strong pipeline development and account planning capabilities
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence tools
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from reps to executive leadership
  • Comfortable with frequent domestic (and occasional international) travel (>50%)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national partner business plan for Convergint aligned to Verkada GTM and quarterly targets
  • Proactively identify and generate net-new pipeline through Convergint and co-sell with field teams
  • Train and enable partner sales, executives, and technical stakeholders on Verkada products and programs
  • Run regular QBRs and business reviews to track performance, align priorities, and capture opportunities
  • Plan and participate in regional in-person and virtual events to drive awareness and demand
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to run joint campaigns and initiatives
  • Provide partner feedback to influence channel tools, incentives, and program enhancements
  • Own partner lifecycle from onboarding and enablement to pipeline development and revenue realization

Education

  • Equivalent professional experience required; Bachelor's degree or related field preferred
