Account Executive, Select, Philadelphia

Verkada, a leading cloud-based B2B physical security company, is expanding its sales team to drive new business acquisition within the Mid-Market Select segment. We seek motivated and results-driven Sales professionals to manage strategic accounts and close deals.

Skills

  • Strong hunter sales mentality with proven prospecting and closing success.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to build and nurture relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive startup environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Outreach is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC sales methodology preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new strategic business opportunities within Select Named Accounts.
  • Conduct strategic outbound prospecting through calls, emails, field events, and online outreach to generate leads.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to close, focusing on meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
  • Conduct online demos and trials to showcase Verkada's solutions.
  • Create compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiate pricing and contracts.
  • Develop and implement strategic territory plans and maintain accurate pipeline management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and collaborate with channel partners to drive customer retention and expansion.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
