- Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to translate qualitative feedback and quantitative usage data into actionable product recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable US-focused VoC programs (surveys, focus groups, advisory boards, feedback sessions).
- Build repeatable processes to gather, synthesize, and distribute customer, prospect, and internal feedback.
- Advocate for customer needs in product planning and backlog prioritization.
- Analyze product usage with tools like Pendo and correlate usage with customer sentiment.
- Partner with US GTM, Customer Success, and global product teams to align insights and strategy.
- Create regular US market insight reports, dashboards, and repositories to inform roadmap decisions.
- Define VoC impact metrics, establish baselines, and track program outcomes.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred (any relevant field such as business, UX, data, or technology).
- Advanced degree a plus but not required.
