Inside Partner Manager - REMOTE EST

Veeam, a global leader in data resilience, is hiring an Inside Partner Manager to drive partner success through strategic collaboration, sales enablement, and relationship management. The role focuses on reinforcing partner sales and technical knowledge, developing joint action plans, managing partner pipelines and CRM updates, and supporting licensing, forecasting, and promotions within the ProPartner Program.

Skills

  • 2+ years selling software in a high-volume/velocity environment
  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystem and partner community
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and account management processes
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and electronic correspondence skills
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, able to work independently with limited direction
  • Ability to adapt to changing roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of virtualization industry and ability to relay technical info is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Reinforce sales and technical knowledge with partners to drive product adoption and sales velocity
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with key partner contacts and stakeholders
  • Develop, negotiate, and track joint Action Plans with partners
  • Discover and maintain partner pipeline information and keep partner-side updates current
  • Communicate Veeam news, promotions, and ProPartner Program updates to partners
  • Verify partner compliance with ProPartner requirements and drive partner level upgrades
  • Develop working knowledge of Veeam products and convey benefits to partners and prospects
  • Provide partner support on licensing and technical issues; assist qualified prospects and customers with follow-ups, quotes, and closures
  • Provide forecasting, account opportunity data, and maintain partner accounts in the CRM
  • Travel up to 25% as required to engage with partners and stakeholders

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (combination of education and experience considered)
  • Relevant business, sales, or technical training beneficial
