Skills
- Advanced SQL for analysis and data pipelines
- Intermediate Python (or equivalent scripting) for automation
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo integrations
- Experience working with APIs and data pipelines
- Familiarity with low-code automation platforms (Zapier, Workato, etc.)
- Strong understanding of attribution, funnel analytics, and revenue metrics
- Ability to translate technical decisions into business outcomes
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication
- Operator mindset with accountability for production systems
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain GTM automation workflows that drive pipeline generation and account engagement across platforms
- Translate GTM models into production attribution, routing, scoring, and hand-off logic
- Integrate predictive/AI components into scoring, enrichment, and routing workflows
- Build data and automation frameworks to enable cross-sell and partner/channel programs
- Define KPIs, instrument workflows for monitoring, and iterate on performance
- Document systems, establish repeatable processes, and standardize operational runbooks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM Systems, Growth, and Revenue teams to deliver measurable outcomes
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant certifications in data, analytics, or marketing operations a plus
