Responsibilities
- Shape and execute marketplace growth strategy in partnership with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Manage and expand relationships with ecommerce merchants, affiliate networks, sub-affiliate partners, agencies, and aggregators.
- Translate strategic objectives into partner-level plans and oversee campaign optimization to drive revenue and performance.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams to surface partner insights and inform roadmap priorities.
- Represent partner needs in internal roadmap discussions and advocate for partner-aligned product improvements.
- Deliver regular performance reporting, actionable insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and partners.
- Identify, pilot, and scale new monetization opportunities, ad formats, and channel partnerships.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Advanced degree (MBA or related) is a plus but not required.
