Leads and support all stages of event and program development—from initial concept through execution—while maintaining high standards and stakeholder satisfaction. This includes close collaboration with UT Career Success and the CNS Office of Experiential Learning on both event logistics and marketing. To advance our core mission of fostering wellness, belonging, and success for all students.
Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of events coordination experience.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Enthusiastic, solutions-oriented professional with a demonstrated passion for student engagement and a collaborative mindset. Proven ability to work effectively across departments and functional areas. Two to five years of experience in higher education event planning, university development, or program management. Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, as well as experience in vendor and contract management. Strong understanding of event protocols by type and demonstrated ability to manage budgets and multiple concurrent events with accuracy and efficiency.
$60,000 + depending on qualifications
Environmental Demands: may work around standard office conditions
Physical Tasks: Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation
Lifting and moving equipment and materials as part of event setup and breakdown. This may include tables, chairs, signage, and other event-related items.
