General Manager, Physician RCM

Combines operational excellence with a customer-centric approach to deliver sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to our Chief Operating Officer (COO).

 

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Planning/Execution & Financial Management
    • Partner with COO to build out a new business unit focused on providing a full suite of RCM services to a large multi-specialty, multi-site provider group providing care to SNFs across the country.
    • Partner with CTO to establish the required technical and reporting/analytics infrastructure required to scale
    • Own and deliver on the agreed-upon P&L targets. Oversee budgeting, financial planning and cost control processes to ensure the BU’s financial health and profitability, with a specific emphasis on optimizing SNF operations and revenue streams.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve the desired business goals, aligning to company initiatives.
    • Provide regular financial and operational updates and performance reports to the senior leadership team via Monthly Operating Reviews and other means.
  • Revenue Cycle Management Operations
    • Oversee day-to-day RCM operations to ensure the BU is running smoothly and delivering the desired financial, customer and employee engagement results
    • Maintain internal performance reporting and dashboards and analyze metrics, trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and margin expansion.
    • Develop and implement operational processes to increase productivity, reduce costs and improve overall BU performance.
    • Continuously identify areas for process improvements and opportunities to scale the business unit and implement changes to enhance overall performance.
    • Partner with the RCM leadership to manage BPO partnerships and assure the partner’s operations consistently achieve the agreed-upon performance targets.
  • People Management
    • Build a high-performing customer operations and account management team
    • Establish the structure, roles, and responsibilities for the Account Management team within the business unit.
    • Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing Account Management team.
    • Define success metrics, create training programs, and implement processes to drive consistent client engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
    • Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the named business unit.
    • Identify and develop top talent and next-level leaders
    • Partner with Human Resources to identify and execute employee engagement programs
  • Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management
    • Ensure that customer service and satisfaction are at the forefront of all business activities.
    • Identify and execute programs to mitigate customer churn risk
    • Support the team with addressing and resolving customer issues and service gaps
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to support business growth
  • Sales & Marketing
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand awareness and attract new customers
    • Coordinate with sales team to drive growth and provide expertise where necessary
    • Provide other support to sales opportunities, e.g., subject matter expertise, price modeling, margin analyses, contract review and edits, etc.

Compensation for this role is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The expected salary range for this position reflects these considerations and may vary accordingly. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in company bonus programs. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
