Edelweiss is seeking a mission-driven Sales Manager to lead sales of Omnibus and support growth across our full suite of publishing and bookselling solutions. This role will focus heavily on helping bookstores adopt Omnibus, while also working with publishers to match them with tools that help grow their reach, improve discovery, and streamline workflows. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about the book industry and thrives in a consultative, value-first sales environment.
As the first dedicated sales hire, this person will be instrumental in shaping Edelweiss’s sales strategy, ensuring alignment between product capabilities and client needs, and contributing directly to company growth.

· Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the publishing or independent retail/bookstore sector
· First-hand user-level familiarity with Edelweiss products
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong client-centered orientation
· Confidence in discussing both bookstore and publisher business needs
· Proactive, self-directed approach suited to a fast-moving and collaborative environment
· Demonstrated ability to make data-informed recommendations
· Experience working in the publishing or independent bookselling industry
· Knowledge of sales best practices
· Prior experience introducing or launching new products
· Full-time, salaried position with commission bonus structure
