Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering, construction management, architecture, business/Project management or related field.
Five years progressively responsible experience in project management, construction management or facilities management, with projects of comparable type, size and complexity. Three (3) years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication skills, leadership abilities,
Demonstrate proficiency in project planning, execution, and risk management.
Comprehensive knowledge of and skills in methods and techniques used in general mechanical, structural and maintenance trades.
Ability to read, interpret, and work on blueprints, drawings, specifications.
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
Proven success working with all levels of management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
