Event Marketing Specialist

Triple Whale is an analytics platform that centralizes eCommerce data to help brands optimize spend, measure profit, and gain customer insights. The company seeks a proactive Event Marketing Specialist to support tactical and strategic event initiatives, manage logistics, create content, and report on event performance to help drive brand and demand goals.

Skills

  • Event coordination and logistics management
  • Content creation for social, email, and blog channels
  • Basic data collection, reporting, and analysis skills
  • Strong project and time management
  • Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute events end-to-end, including scheduling, vendor management, and on-site logistics
  • Assist with event planning tasks: sponsorship booking, briefs, materials, and travel arrangements
  • Create and manage content across social channels, blog, and email to support event promotion
  • Collect, synthesize, and report event metrics to evaluate efficacy and inform future strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to align event goals and follow-up

Education

  • No strict degree requirement; relevant experience accepted
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
