Responsibilities
- Grow and lead a global team of solution engineers supporting sales, partnerships, and customer success
- Shape product roadmap by capturing and prioritizing customer and market insights
- Design scalable go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Evaluate and onboard new technology and GTM partners to expand market presence
- Identify AI integration opportunities to enhance processes and product capabilities
- Support international expansion through technical strategies and resource allocation
- Act as a senior technical advisor in complex client situations to support retention and growth
Education
- Technical degree or MBA preferred
