The Role

We're hiring an AI Engineer to design, build, and refine the AI agent systems we offer to our customers.

You'll work at the intersection of research and engineering; driving improvements in how our AI models understand domain-specific workflows, handle complex edge cases, and deliver production-grade reliability.

Salary

Upto 60 Lakh Cash

Upto 40 Lakh ESOPs

What You'll Build

Data Creation & Intelligence

• Design, build, and test synthetic data generation pipelines to enhance model behavior in edge cases

• Build complex evaluation datasets, particularly for domain-specific languages (DSLs), to systematically identify and address model weaknesses

• Automate data quality verification and manage large-scale research data pipelines.

Model Response Analysis & Monitoring

• Develop structured rubrics for evaluating AI outputs on nuanced and ambiguous tasks

• Build systems for continuous monitoring, logging, and optimization of AI model responses

• Create tools that empower domain experts to experiment with and evolve training datasets efficiently

System Innovation & Scale

• Research and implement novel solutions to long-context handling and cascading error challenges in LLMs

• Experiment with and refine new prompt engineering strategies for improved reliability and control

• Contribute to the design and evaluation of production-grade AI agent systems

What We're Looking For

Core Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python, with additional experience in Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages a plus.

• Hands-on experience working with LLMs, synthetic data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, or AI system optimization.

• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation techniques.

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.

• High ownership mindset — comfortable independently leading technical deep dives and experiments.

Bonus Points

• Experience with model monitoring, bias evaluation, or dataset management tools

• Background in semantic parsing, DSLs, or structured output models

• Excited about pushing the frontier of agentic AI reliability
