Responsibilities
- Manage PCB/PCBA supplier categories and execute production strategies from NPI to full production.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing to optimize supplier performance and product lifecycle.
- Evaluate and vet suppliers for inclusion on the Approved Supplier List.
- Support Supplier Quality Engineers in enforcing quality criteria and compliance.
- Lead new production tooling, line set-up, and development at supplier sites.
- Drive capacity expansion and ramp-up readiness with suppliers.
- Conduct process performance and SPC reviews at supplier facilities.
- Identify and implement product and process improvements to reduce cost, risk, and defects.
- Collaborate on root cause corrective actions with Supply Chain team and suppliers.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field
