Together Women’s Health (TWH) is seeking a full-time Provider Recruiter to join our collaborative, high-performing recruiting team. This is a growth hire—created to support our expanding network of private practice partnerships across the country.

TWH currently supports more than 20 women’s health practices nationwide and is backed by Shore Capital Partners. Our department's mission is to elevate women’s healthcare by connecting top-tier clinicians to practices where they can make a lasting impact.
You’ll work alongside a close-knit, collaborative team and have direct access to mentorship from experienced physician recruiters, learning everything from sourcing through negotiations while contributing meaningfully from day one.
You’ll help identify, attract, and engage exceptional OBGYN physicians, subspecialists, and advanced practice providers (APPs) who align with our values and clinical standards.
Partner with our team of experienced recruiters to execute strategic sourcing and full life cycle recruitment plans for current and future provider needs.
Build and nurture a targeted candidate pipeline using job boards, social media, referrals, residency programs, and CRM tools.
Conduct proactive outreach to physicians, residency coordinators, and key market contacts through calls, emails, and digital channels.
Screen candidates for skills, credentials, and cultural fit.
Manage candidate tracking in our CRM and ATS (iCIMS), ensuring accurate, timely data.
Share market insights and feedback to improve sourcing strategies.
Participate in virtual and in-person recruiting events (less than 25% travel).
2+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare or professional-level roles (physician recruiting experience highly preferred).
Working knowledge of sourcing tools, job boards, and networking strategies.
Experience with CRM and/or ATS systems (iCIMS a plus).
Strong EQ and polished communication skills—able to build trust with clinicians and practice leaders.
Self-starter with the adaptability to work independently and in a team.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches and deadlines.
