Commercial Solutions Engineer

Tines is a pioneering automation and orchestration SaaS platform focused on enabling businesses to improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and reduce technical debt through no-code automation. The company is seeking a Commercial Solutions Engineer to join their pre-sales team and partner with account executives to drive customer acquisition by demonstrating the platform's value to business and technical audiences.

Skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in Tines no-code automation platform focused on security and IT operations challenges.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers and alliance partners.
  • Build and demo Tines automation stories to demonstrate product value and support sales efforts.
  • Manage technical evaluation processes and customer expectations during proof of concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to identify key use cases and support competitive account strategies.
  • Support enablement of channel and technical partners in pre-sales customer engagements.
  • Provide market feedback and competitive insights to the product organization.
  • Contribute to the company knowledge base with technical content and customer experience insights.
  • Support team metrics development and best practice sharing across the Solutions Engineering team.

Education

  • Relevant technical or business degree preferred (not explicitly stated but typical for role).
