About Thrive
Thrive Therapies Inc. (“Thrive”) is a fast-growing, women-founded company revolutionizing care for students with disabilities. We combine best-in-class related services (SLPs, OTs, PTs, mental health providers, nurses, teachers, and more) with our emerging AI-powered platform to help schools deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient services. Thrive partners with schools and districts across multiple states—and we’re expanding rapidly in Texas.
The Role
We are seeking a Director of Partnership Development to lead Thrive’s growth in Texas by driving new partnerships and sales. This is a new, high-impact role, ideal for a mission-driven, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in both relationship-building and strategic execution.

- Represent Thrive at partner meetings, conferences, and industry events across the state.
- Collaborate closely with Thrive’s leadership team to align market growth strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide feedback to inform Thrive’s service expansion and product development based on district needs.
Who You Are

- Connector. You excel at building trust and cultivating long-standing relationships with education leaders.
- Self-directed. You thrive with autonomy, take initiative, and deliver results without needing close oversight.
- Texas-based. You reside in Texas and are willing to travel frequently within target regions.
- Mission-driven. You’re passionate about improving education for students with disabilities.
Compensation:
- Total Compensation Range: $150,000–$300,000 (base salary + commission)
- Competitive benefits package
- 401(k) with employer match
- Opportunities for professional growth in a rapidly expanding organization
