Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include 10+ years of experience in software development and a proven ability to mentor team members and implement systems improvements.
Location: This is a fully remote role, but candidates who live near College Board offices have the option for hybrid work (Tuesday and Wednesday in office).

As the Technical Lead on this team, you will help shape and build a potential work-based learning program that connects classrooms to the real world. In this program, we aim for students to: Take on real business challenges from real employers, collaborate in small teams to analyze problems and propose solutions and gain firsthand experience working with professionals, building the social capital and confidence that open doors to future opportunities

You’ll shape technical strategy, define high-quality engineering practices, and steer how our technology evolves. You’ll also anchor agile operations, lead peer reviews, resolve production issues, and ensure our system is robust, secure, and efficient.
