Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the TrIF section including assessment, collection, and reconciliation of fees
- Determine traffic land use classifications and evaluate fee appeals
- Prepare, negotiate, and execute credit agreements, P3 term sheets, and related contracts
- Develop and implement program policies, ordinance updates, and program priorities in coordination with partner departments and committees
- Prepare bi-annual reports and present findings to the Capital Improvement Advisory Committee and other stakeholders
- Represent the program at Pre-Development Conferences, DAC meetings, and public forums
- Ensure fees are deposited, spent within service areas, and accounts reconciled regularly
- Participate in section budgeting, forecasts, and approve expenditures as needed
- Supervise staff: assign/prioritize work, conduct evaluations, ensure training, and manage hiring/discipline
Education
- Bachelor's degree in project/program management, engineering, landscape architecture, planning, public administration, business administration, or related field required
- Candidates without the degree may be considered if they have substantially more relevant experience
