Responsibilities
- Execute, monitor, and oversee contract activities including bid advertisement, contract execution, renewals, and change orders
- Develop and maintain process tracking tools and contract status reports
- Serve as liaison between project managers, contractors, and city staff on contract processes and procedures
- Ensure contracts adhere to approved departmental and legal standards and report discrepancies
- Recommend corrective actions and contribute to development and improvement of processes and procedures
- Process and submit PeopleSoft actions (new PSK# requests, amendments, renewals, etc.)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Valid driver’s license
- Candidates without the degree may be considered if they have more relevant work experience than the position requires
