Parts Manager - Porsche North Miami

Holman has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Manager to join the team at Porsche North Miami and play a key role in our grand opening, coming early 2026.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all aspects of parts department operations, including purchasing, inventory control, pricing, merchandising, and staff utilization.

  • Ensure the department consistently delivers Best-in-Class service to retail, wholesale, and internal clients.

  • Monitor and manage parts inventory to ensure a satisfactory return on dealer capital investment.

  • Maintain proper procedures for security, advertising, and display standards.

  • Promote and uphold dealership parts standards for customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

  • Minimum 5+ years of dealership parts experience, including roles such as Parts Counter Sales, Shipping/Receiving, Assistant Manager or similar leadership role.

  • Strong working knowledge of automotive repair processes and customer engagement.

  • Deep understanding of parts department principles and operations.

  • Proven ability to lead a team and manage department performance.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Tech-savvy with experience using inventory and dealership management systems.

* We offer competitive wages based on job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. For highly qualified candidates, compensation typically starts in the range of $150,000 to $220,000 annually.

Regular Full-Time
