Skills
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite or similar)
- Material planning and demand forecasting
- Inventory management and production scheduling
- Cross-functional stakeholder communication
- Data analysis and Excel proficiency
- Comfort working in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
- Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage supply plans and production schedules in coordination with Purchasing and Manufacturing
- Provide visibility on part shortages and clear-to-build status to purchasing and production teams
- Create component forecasts and maintain inventory coverage for production needs
- Partner cross-functionally to prioritize supply allocations and support engineering-driven component changes
- Manage consumables inventory to ensure production support
- Maintain and improve MRP processes and master data in the ERP system
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant certifications (CPIM, CSCP) are a plus
