Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist (e.g., for sleep apnea), your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often specialists and medical services are overwhelmed with referrals and the painstakingly manual process it takes to qualify your referral prevents them from getting around to it on time, or sometimes at all. Tennr prevents these delays and denials by making sure every referral gets where it needs to go, with the right info, at the right time. Powered by RaeLM™ Tennr reads, extracts, and acts on every piece of patient information so providers can capture more referrals, slash denials, and reduce delays.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to build and scale how Tennr communicates with patients, payers, and providers across channels.
As a Product Manager at Tennr, you’ll help drive the vision, strategy, adoption, and end-to-end execution of our communications product. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, CX, and customers to define workflows, build new capabilities, and drive adoption. You’ll deeply understand our customer’s operations and their ecosystem to identify opportunities to reduce friction. This is a unique opportunity to change how the healthcare system operates by bringing new technology to market. In this role, you will take automated phone calling from a nascent idea to a fully scaled feature, ultimately focusing on productizing Tennr’s multi-channel communications offerings.
This role is highly customer-focused, technical, and cross-functional — perfect for someone who thrives in connecting ecosystems internally and externally.
In this role, you will:
Help own the product strategy and delivery of Tennr’s communications platform, including automated outreach across channels.
Lead customer discovery by gathering and synthesizing feedback from customers, sales, and customer success to identify opportunities.
Translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear product requirements and scalable systems.
Drive feature prioritization and ship new use cases by partnering closely with design partners and customers to understand workflows.
Coordinate across teams to bring new experiences that connect across the Tennr platform.
Enable technical decision making by working closely with engineering to design reliable, compliant, and extensible tools.
Drive adoption by working closely with product marketing, customer success, and sales.
Product minded: 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, communications products, or workflow/productivity tools.
Problem obsessed: analytical mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities and delivering outcomes. Experience managing ambiguity and competing priorities.
Technical expertise: ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineers and understand trade-offs, has an undergraduate or advanced degree in a STEM focused field or experience as a Software Engineer
Self-starter: thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where autonomy and proactive-decision making is key.
Collaborative leader: demonstrated ability to lead across engineering, product, design, and CX to drive execution.
Bonus: experience working with ML/AI driven systems.
Drive Impact: Help build the foundation of how our team operates every day
Develop Operational Expertise: Learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
Innovate with Purpose: Join a high-caliber team leveraging AI to solve real-world problems in healthcare
Be Rewarded: Receive a competitive compensation package, including equity, top-tier benefits, and 401(k) match
Collaborate & Connect: Thrive in our vibrant Chelsea office.
New, spacious Chelsea office
Open and flexible PTO
100% paid employee health benefit options
