Senior Product Manager, Patient Experience (Full-Time)

Diana Health is a network of modern women's health practices partnered with hospitals to reimagine maternity and women's healthcare through tech-enabled, wellness-focused care and continuous quality improvement. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, human-centered Senior Product Manager to lead patient experience initiatives across our multi-site organization, driving strategy, product development, and implementation that improve outcomes for patients and care teams.

Skills

  • Proven product management experience in a tech-enabled services context
  • Strong data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
  • Experience with user research and stakeholder interviews
  • Understanding of mobile app development, API integrations, UX and information architecture
  • Knowledge of healthcare clinical workflows and regulatory considerations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Own patient experience performance and initiatives across the organization, maintaining deep understanding of the patient journey.
  • Develop and prioritize a patient experience product strategy that aligns with company mission and business goals.
  • Analyze patient experience metrics (e.g., NPS, retention) and translate insights into product and process improvements.
  • Lead end-to-end product development for both service/process solutions and digital features, from scoping to launch.
  • Build and optimize SOPs and site-level tools to ensure consistent implementation across locations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operations, design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Define success metrics, track impact, and iterate on product initiatives based on data and user feedback.
  • Communicate roadmap, secure stakeholder buy-in, and manage execution in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Master's degree, MBA, or advanced clinical/technical degree preferred
