Product Manager, Connected TV (CTV)

NextRoll is a marketing technology company powering AdRoll, a multi-channel advertising platform built on AI and data. We are seeking a Product Manager focused on Connected TV (CTV) to build and scale CTV advertising solutions that serve both B2C and B2B marketers, improve cross-channel performance, and deliver measurable business impact.

Skills

  • 5+ years product management experience with CTV or programmatic video advertising
  • Experience synthesizing customer and stakeholder input into a prioritized roadmap
  • Strong cross-functional execution working with engineering, design, QA, and GTM
  • Ability to define success metrics, analyze performance, and apply data-driven insights
  • Technical aptitude for CTV delivery mechanics, third-party integrations, and video ad infrastructure
  • Exposure to AI-powered advertising or predictive optimization workflows

Responsibilities

  • Define CTV product vision and roadmap that serves direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, emerging businesses, and B2B account-based advertising needs.
  • Conduct user research across B2C and B2B segments to surface targeting, creative, and measurement requirements for CTV.
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements balancing customer value, feasibility, and scalability.
  • Deliver small- and medium-sized CTV features improving targeting, inventory access, creative workflows, AI-driven optimization, and cross-channel reporting.
  • Partner with Data Science to incorporate predictive models and optimization insights that improve ROAS and campaign performance.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency, incrementality, audience reach, and pipeline impact.
  • Ensure seamless activation of CTV campaigns within the AdRoll platform and strong integration with retargeting, display, social, and ABM workflows.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams (AM, CSM, Sales) to train and equip them to onboard customers to new CTV features successfully.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field preferred
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus but not required
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in product management, analytics, or adtech are helpful
