Product Manager, Clinical Communication and Collaboration - US Remote

- End-to-end product management experience on SaaS and mobile platforms
- Strong customer discovery and research skills (interviews, surveys, metrics analysis)
- Agile product execution, PI planning, and capacity management
- Data-driven decision making and evidence-based prioritization
- Clear technical communication and technical/formal writing for varied audiences
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics (e.g., Pendo)
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy for a single product vertical with a patient- and user-centered focus
- Conduct market research and customer interviews to validate opportunity and prioritize initiatives
- Create and maintain a 3-year customer-facing roadmap and quarterly priorities
- Build business cases, document requirements, and use RICE and data to prioritize work
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, architects, and STOs to refine scope and enable accurate estimation
- Plan program increments (quarterly PI planning) with engineering and report on product KPIs
- Support sales and customer success as a product expert, including RFPs and competitive positioning
- Consult with Product Owners on release notes and help track roadmap delivery metrics
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Graduate degree (MBA, MSc) is beneficial but not required
