Regional Sales Manager - job 1 of 2

Premion, part of TEGNA, is a leader in Streaming TV, OTT/CTV and omnichannel advertising, delivering data-driven ad solutions at scale. We’re looking for a self-motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive new business, manage mid-market and independent agency relationships, and grow revenue across assigned territories.

Skills

  • Proven digital media or streaming ad sales experience
  • Strong business development and prospecting skills
  • Consultative selling and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with ad tech, DSPs and programmatic concepts
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development with a strong hunter mentality using outbound prospecting and existing relationships.
  • Position Premion’s streaming and omnichannel value proposition to agency decision-makers.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and RFP responses to mid-market agencies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Streaming Ad Tech, DSPs, OTT/CTV, data-driven targeting and attribution.
  • Collaborate with pre- and post-sales teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Manage pipeline, track activity and provide accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Maintain high sales activity levels and effectively manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant coursework or certifications in marketing, advertising or business a plus
