Territory Business Manager (VA)

InStride Health is a mission-driven specialty pediatric mental health provider focused on expanding access to evidence-based anxiety and OCD care through clinical expertise and technology. We are seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead business development and provider partnership efforts across Virginia, with a primary focus on Northern Virginia, to grow referral networks and drive scheduled intake.

Skills

  • Proven relationship building and territory/sales growth experience
  • Deep understanding of provider structures, especially health systems and medium/large PCP/pediatric practices
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data analytics tools
  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with ability to analyze market trends and KPIs
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Serve as subject matter expert on InStride services and clearly articulate value to diverse stakeholders across Virginia
  • Develop and grow referral relationships with hospital executives, program leaders, referral coordinators, and influential clinicians
  • Maintain a regular servicing schedule for existing referral partners to ensure partner success
  • Identify and pursue new referral channels and creative outreach opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing to coordinate campaigns and events that drive expected intake growth
  • Represent InStride at local/regional conferences and community events
  • Collaborate with clinical, operations, and growth teams to develop regional strategies and hit scheduled intake goals
  • Track progress against targets and proactively report on territory performance
  • Organize and maintain detailed records in CRM and sales management tools
  • Review prospect activity and provide partner feedback to Product, Engineering, and Client Success

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Equivalent professional experience accepted in lieu of degree
