The Director of M&A is responsible for leading the company’s mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments. You will oversee all aspects of the deal lifecycle, from origination and due diligence to negotiation, integration, and post-deal value creation. The role requires strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and strong stakeholder management skills to drive growth and shareholder value.
