As the company continues to organically grow fast, we seek to expand our growth strategy by acquisitions. With a very strong momentum in the capital markets and back up from the lending industry, TAT is ready to start growing much faster.

The Director of M&A is responsible for leading the company’s mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments. • Manage the due diligence process, coordinating internal teams and external advisors (investment banks, legal, accounting).
  • Negotiate deal terms, structure transactions, and oversee transaction closing activities.
  • Develop integration plans post-acquisition to realize synergies and ensure seamless transition.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and deal updates to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Support post-merger integration efforts to maximize value realization.
  • Maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including advisors, partners, and target companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or related functions.
  • Proven track record of successful M&A transactions across various industries.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively across functions.
  • Project management skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of M&A transactions.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Stong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator and influencer.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Experience working internationally or across diverse markets.
  • Knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense industry sectors relevant to the company’s growth focus.
