In just the last six months, we’ve grown over 100% and built a team of ~15 people, half of whom come from MIT, including one of our founders.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Growth Associate to design and execute scalable outbound campaigns, generate qualified pipeline, and support go-to-market initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations: you’ll be using cutting-edge tools (Clay, Growth Machine, Apollo) to build automated, highly personalized campaigns that reach decision-makers at some of the world’s largest companies.

What You’ll Do

  • Own 50–60% of the company’s lead generation efforts: market research, campaign design, account prospecting
  • Run automated, personalized outbound campaigns (no high-volume cold calling)
  • Experiment with LinkedIn and Google Ads to support marketing efforts
  • Contribute to general operations and ad hoc projects that move the business forward
  • Work closely with leadership and AEs to fuel the sales engine

Requirements

  • Familiarity with growth and outbound sales tools (Clay, Apollo, Growth Machine, etc.)
  • ~6–12 months of outbound or SDR/BDR experience (preferred, but flexible)
  • Strong analytics skills and comfort with semi-technical tools
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven experimentation
  • Excited to grow in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment with Fortune 500 exposure
