The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships across Swank Motion Pictures. This role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth through proactive engagement, strategic collaboration, and efficient process management. The Account Manager will work closely with internal teams, including Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) and Sales Executives, to maintain and expand accounts, address service needs, and identify opportunities for upselling and retention.
Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention
· Support contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
· Process orders accurately and maintain up-to-date CRM records
· Provide customer training, troubleshooting, and program engagement strategies
· Represent the company at conferences and client visits
· Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
· Secure and renew multi-year agreements with schools
· Conduct product training and strategic sales presentations
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
· Bachelor’s degree required
· 1-5 years of experience in account management or customer service
· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
