The Role
We’re hiring a Demand Generation Lead to build a high-leverage marketing engine that fuels our outbound sales motion and gets Stuut in front of midmarket CFOs and finance leaders — many of whom don’t live on LinkedIn. You’ll experiment with creative, unconventional, and physical marketing tactics to break through to this audience, while identifying the most scalable, cost-efficient channels to drive qualified pipeline.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can think strategically, execute quickly, and work hand-in-hand with Sales to deliver measurable revenue outcomes
What You’ll Do
Design Targeted Campaigns: Build and launch account-based marketing programs for finance buyers at midmarket industrial companies.
Experiment Offline: Test and scale non-digital tactics such as direct mail, high-touch gifting, and conference follow-up kits.
Partner with Sales: Collaborate on targeted outreach programs that increase lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
Measure What Matters: Stand up marketing analytics and attribution systems to track ROI and channel performance.
Reach the Unreachable: Create campaigns designed for a non-digital-native audience, tailoring messaging and delivery to meet CFOs where they are.
