Qualifications: Candidates must have a Master's or Doctoral degree in relevant fields and 3-5 years of professional experience in counseling, education, or HR management.
Location: Position available in the United States with occasional travel to Herndon, VA and event locations.
Compensation: $19 - $29 / Hourly
Skills Advantage Assessor are assessors who are responsible for thoughtful and careful observation, scoring and evaluation of all Assessment Center participants. Assessors will follow the protocols of Organization Systems International and Strayer University. Assessors will conduct meaningful feedback sessions with participants utilizing strengths-based coaching techniques.
