Responsibilities: Oversee site-based learning needs, manage data collection, ensure compliance with accreditation, conduct site vetting, and prepare analytics reports on learner performance.
Skills: Requires knowledge of curriculum development, assessment methods, leadership ability in collaborative settings, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications: Must hold an MSW from a CSWE accredited program and a doctorate in social work or related fields; preferred experience includes teaching and leadership in Social Work education.
Location: This position is located in the United States, with potential travel requirements.
Compensation: $73900 - $110900 / Annually
The Practice Education Specialist NHS reporting to the Academic Program Director SONHS supports the School of Nursing and Health Sciences programs' site-based learning needs and provides effective leadership for site-based learning, experiential learning, conducting site vetting and administration, and/or clinical training experiences to ensure the intended educational outcomes are met. Practice Education Specialist NHS will serve as a manager overseeing data collection, quality improvement activities, governance, operations tasks, and collaboration with internal and external partners.

$95,000.00 - $98,000.00 is the expected starting pay for this position. This offer is based on current budgetary guidelines and the additional factors outlined below.
