Stepful is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance its healthcare training products, focusing on improving student journeys and optimizing coach and instructor efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills and a passion for education in healthcare.
Responsibilities: Develop strategies to prioritize coaching efforts, leverage AI for personalized experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
Skills: 5+ years in product management, proficiency in SQL and data visualization, strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Qualifications: Experience in EdTech or healthcare startups and familiarity with data-driven product development are preferred.
Location: New York, on-site at 408 Broadway, Floor 5.
Compensation: $120000 - $200000 / Annually

As a Senior Product Manager on our team, you’ll be responsible for crafting delightful, data-driven best in class product experiences to ensure our students are successful from signup to graduation to ultimately find their dream job. This could include anything from growing our proprietary learning platform, improving the efficiency of our coaches and instructors, or building 0 to 1 products.

$120-200k base salary
Compensation for this role will fall within the pay range listed and will be determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications as well as interview evaluation. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
