We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our General Manager in daily operations. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule the General Manager’s daily events
- Meeting and event planning, including SDI Christmas parties and summer picnics
- Prepare and track budgetary information related to company events
- Interact with local charitable organizations and compile donation requests for approval
- Prepare presentations for employee communication meetings
- Coordinate with plant visitors and arrange meetings/tours
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information
Other duties to support the division, as assigned
Qualifications
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Administrative Assistant experience
- Minimum 2-year college degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
