We’re seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to take ownership of our most urgent technical hiring needs, drive a high-performance recruiting process, and partner closely with leadership to deliver exceptional talent.
This is a high-impact role for a strategic and hands-on recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, balances sourcing excellence with process rigor, and is energized by turning ambitious hiring goals into reality. You’ll partner engineering and product leaders, ensuring we hit our hiring targets with quality, speed, and precision.
This role is based in office in San Francisco with flexibility to work remote 1 day per week
Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a high-quality, efficient process that consistently meets aggressive hiring timelines.
Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to deeply understand role requirements, success profiles, and team dynamics, translating them into compelling outreach and a rigorous interview process.
Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping—especially for hard-to-fill and senior-level roles.
Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to drive accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Lead process enhancements to improve candidate experience, interviewer calibration, and time-to-fill, ensuring Sprig’s hiring process is best-in-class.
Proven Track Record: 8+ years managing full-cycle technical recruiting with at least 2+ years in a high-growth startup, consistently exceeding hiring targets.
Sourcing Mastery: Expert at identifying, engaging, and closing top technical talent using multiple sourcing channels and creative strategies.
Business Partnership: Skilled at building trust with hiring managers and executives, influencing with data, and driving alignment on hiring priorities.
Execution Under Pressure: Comfortable managing multiple high-priority searches at once while maintaining quality and speed.
Metrics-Driven Mindset: Uses recruiting analytics to inform strategy, measure results, and iterate for better outcomes.
Exceptional Communication: Able to craft compelling outreach, deliver clear feedback, and represent Sprig’s mission and values with authenticity.

The salary range for this full-time position is $180,000- $200,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
