Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
- 2+ years professional experience in venture capital, management consulting, or operations/product management at a technology company
- Data analysis experience (Python, SQL, R, or similar)
- Ability to dive deep into technical topics and ambiguous problem spaces
- Strong verbal and written communication across technical and business audiences
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and release processes
- Ability to apply first-principles thinking to business problems
Responsibilities
- Track and drive core user metrics such as NPS, Customer Contact Ratio, Cancellation Ratio, and CSAT
- Triage, prioritize, and eliminate root causes of user experience issues across network, hardware, software, support, billing, shipping, and communications
- Design, fix, automate, or decommission processes to address structural and emerging problems
- Act as product manager/project owner for feature launches and software automation projects
- Create cross-functional feedback loops to prevent recurring issues and improve customer outcomes
- Work extended hours and travel to customer sites or other SpaceX locations as required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (required)
- Advanced degree in engineering, business, or related field (preferred but not required)
