- Technical familiarity with networking/backhaul concepts and the ability to read contract requirements
- Superior customer service, empathy and active listening
- Strong problem-solving and investigative (sleuthing) skills
- Willingness to work extended hours and travel up to 30% as required
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary post-contract point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving onboarding, activation, retention and revenue growth
- Support and manage customers requiring custom Starlink products across industries (maritime, rail, trucking, agriculture, cellular backhaul, gateway, etc.)
- Define, standardize and streamline processes to enable scalable delivery of custom solutions
- Deliver high-quality customer service, promptly acknowledging and resolving issues
- Build relationships to identify customer requirements and manage expectations
- Collect and champion customer feedback internally to influence product and program development
- Retain and grow account value across hardware and service revenue streams
- Own forecasts, readiness assessments, schedules, requirements and risk communication for assigned accounts
- Identify and lead process and system improvements to enhance handoffs, execution and customer experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field OR
- High school diploma/equivalency with 10+ years of relevant professional experience
