Skills
- Experience in supplier development, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain with PCB focus
- Working knowledge of supplier quality processes (PPAP, APQP, FAIR) and quality systems (ISO/AS/NADCAP)
- Statistical techniques familiarity (SPC, DOE, Six Sigma)
- Hands-on experience with PCB fabrication, laminates, electrochemical processes, or microelectronics
- Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Own continuity of supply for PCBs and associated components on Starlink
- Collaborate with design, reliability, procurement, and production teams to manage suppliers and deliver hardware to production
- Audit, onboard, and develop suppliers; define technical and quality flow-downs
- Implement and monitor PPAP, qualification, and reliability activities at supplier sites
- Develop process controls and SPC plans for critical characteristics
- Lead supplier root cause analysis (RCCA/8D) and corrective action programs
- Analyze supplier quality/delivery metrics and drive improvement plans
- Recommend product/process improvements to reduce cost, cycle time, and defects
- Present project status and technical reports to internal teams, management, and suppliers
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (required)
- Advanced degree in engineering, business, or supply chain (preferred)
