  • Work closely with the contractor’s commissioning team members to coordinate vendor and contractor activities, ensuring successful project turnover to customers.
  • Develop and implement innovative quality and commissioning processes, standards, specifications and templates to ensure efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Mitigate project risks through proactive planning, problem-solving, and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage with corporate executives to communicate project status, strategic initiatives, and quality metrics, supporting Cologix’s growth objectives.

What Makes You a Good Fit:
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field. Extensive relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • 7+ years of experience in mission-critical construction, with at least 5 years directly involved in data center quality assurance and commissioning.
  • Strong working knowledge of data center design and MEP systems across various North American geographies.
