- Willingness to travel (~50%) and work extended hours as needed
- ITAR eligibility or ability to obtain required U.S. authorizations
Responsibilities
- Lead international regulatory engagement and policy development on accelerated timelines
- Advocate for satellite and telecommunications regulatory frameworks aligned with SpaceX business objectives
- Develop and promote broadband and spectrum policies to support Starlink’s global operations
- Represent SpaceX before international regulatory agencies, legislatures, and regional organizations
- Draft pleadings, letters, and advocacy materials to convey company policy positions
- Research and advise internal teams on relevant legal and policy issues
- Provide strategic regulatory support for business development, partnerships, and market expansion
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- JD or foreign equivalent preferred
