Responsibilities
- Support cross-discipline design and systems teams by providing radiation test planning, execution, automation, and reporting
- Develop, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain complex test systems and automation
- Prepare and execute test plans and analysis for single event effects (SEE), total ionizing dose (TID), and displacement damage dose (DDD)
- Characterize parts and assemblies for TID and SEE sensitivities (protons and heavier ions)
- Perform root-cause analysis of test failures and communicate recommended mitigations
- Implement process controls via procedural documentation and test system automation
- Interface with design, manufacturing, integration, and mission operations teams to support qualification and flight hardware readiness
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics (required)
- Graduate degree in related field (preferred)
