👩 💼 The Role

Manifest is hiring an Immigration Attorney (Business Development & Marketing Focus) to join our growing New York City office. This is a 5 days in-office position.

This role is ideal for a U.S. immigration attorney who not only understands the intricacies of EB1A, O1, and EB2 NIW petitions, but is also excited to play a leading role in public engagement, content strategy, and brand credibility.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure all external communication (e.g., Reddit threads, blog posts, and social media responses) reflects legal accuracy and our standard of excellence. While you’ll contribute to select client cases, your primary mission is to amplify Manifest’s thought leadership and engagement across digital platforms.

🔍 What You’ll Do

Community Engagement & Content Oversight

• Respond daily to Reddit and social media comments that involve immigration law questions, providing accurate, timely, and approachable legal input.

• Collaborate with our marketing and content teams to ensure responses maintain a clear, authoritative, and human voice.

• Review and edit all blog articles and major content pieces before publication to ensure legal accuracy and compliance.

• Film content for social media and press, explaining complex legal topics in simple terms.

Marketing & Brand Partnerships

• Serve as the in-house legal voice in developing educational content and campaigns that build trust with potential clients.

• Partner with the marketing team to identify trending topics in immigration and craft legal insights that resonate with global talent audiences.

• Help shape Manifest’s public-facing legal messaging and ensure consistency across all channels.

• Drive marketing engagement of all Manifest attorneys to scale brand awareness and marketing presence

Client & Case Involvement

• Advise on and contribute to select EB1A, O1, and EB2 NIW filings as needed.

• Provide internal guidance to sales and marketing teams to ensure that promotional messaging remains compliant with legal and ethical standards.

✅ Requirements

• J.D. and active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in U.S. business immigration law (EB1A, O1, EB2 NIW required).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex legal topics into clear, engaging explanations.

• Strong interest or experience in marketing, content creation, or public engagement.

• Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple conversations and projects simultaneously.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment and collaborating across legal, marketing, and operations teams.
