Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters globally
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on subpoenas, investigations, and enforcement responses
- Advise leadership on legal risks and evolving case law impacting the crypto and financial services sectors
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate legal risk management into product, engineering, and business processes
- Supervise drafting and filing of litigation pleadings, briefs, and court presentations
- Conduct and oversee internal investigations with compliance, security, and HR
- Engage, manage, and evaluate outside counsel to ensure effective and cost-efficient representation
- Represent the company in interactions with public officials and regulators
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in a U.S. state bar in good standing
