Responsibilities
- Perform analyses (SQL and other methods) to identify customer-impacting issues and opportunities and produce actionable recommendations
- Define, develop, and maintain department-level metrics and dashboards to quantify account health and drive change
- Partner cross-functionally to document workflows, identify gaps, and design systematic improvements
- Develop automation to accelerate revenue, reduce risk, and increase operational efficiency
- Own data integrity, reporting quality, and tool maintenance
- Train internal users and external technical teams on dashboards, APIs, and tools; provide troubleshooting support
- Improve data capture for account management use cases and collaborate with software teams on table/schema requirements
- Support new market launches and cross-functional strategic improvement initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Preferred: degree in business, supply chain, MIS, computer science, engineering, or economics
